Dunhuang Group began as a Lanzhou beef noodles boutique in Flushing, N.Y. The original location, established in late 2015, was the first restaurant to bring the most authentic but little-known cuisine of Lanzhou to the United States, with signature hand-pulled noodles, traditional lamb meal, and Lanzhou “NiangPi” with Muslim cook style. In mid of 2016, Dunhuang Group reorganized and jointed venture with Lanzhou Fire Blub Group which is one of the biggest and most influential catering groups in northwestern region of China. Since then, we are expanding to 2 locations in Manhattan, one in Brooklyn and two in New Jersey in total, we also derived one sub-quotient Dragon Noodle and Grill in Downtown Manhattan. As an incorporation business grouped by all Lanzhou people, we hope to reintroduce the world to the unique cuisine of our hometown: Lanzhou hand-pulled Beef noodles, boiled mutton, and Lanzhou style grill, all in its most authentic form.
